Job description

Position Summary:

The General Labor position supports packaging operations by performing tasks such as filling containers, feeding and unloading products, labeling, and replenishing packaging supplies. This role ensures products are packaged accurately and efficiently according to specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work area and supporting overall production needs.


Shift & Schedule
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday
  • Saturdays required during peak season
  • Seasonal position with opportunity for overtime

Responsibilities:

  • Fill containers to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications
  • Feed product to conveyors and unload packaged product
  • Replenish packaging supplies such as wrapping paper, plastic sheets, boxes, and cartons
  • Assist in loading packaging supplies
  • Attach information on containers such as lot numbers or product numbers
  • Ensure correct and complete labeling is printed and applied to packaging
  • Remove finished product from outfeed and stack in totes or cartons
  • Maintain a clean work area including sweeping and removal of cardboard and trash
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 6+ months of previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
