Job Summary
You will coordinate the movement of containers between trucks, rail yards, and terminals. Your work ensures loads are picked up, delivered, tracked, and completed on schedule. Requirements
• Must be a United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check due to our FTZ Bonded Warehouse status.
Main Responsibilities
Container Management
• Schedule container pick up and delivery.
• Coordinate movements between truck, rail, and terminal locations.
• Maintain accurate load records.
Scheduling and Planning
• Plan routes that support on time delivery.
• Adjust schedules promptly when delays or issues arise.
Communication
• Act as the primary contact for drivers.
• Share timely updates with customers and internal teams.
• Resolve issues by collaborating with the appropriate personnel.
Compliance and Safety
• Follow all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Support safe handling of all shipments.
Tracking
• Monitor shipments through GPS and dispatch systems.
• Provide real time status updates as needed.
Problem Solving
• Manage delays, container shortages, and scheduling conflicts.
• Partner with the Transportation Manager when necessary to keep operations moving.
Documentation
• Maintain dispatch records and shipment documentation.
• Complete customs and shipping paperwork accurately.

Qualifications
• High School diploma required.
• Degree in Logistics or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of logistics, dispatching, or transportation experience.
