Job description

Final Integration Technician

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform final integration assembly of completed energy storage containers, including electrical harness connections, piping connections, and equipment installation
  2. Conduct factory acceptance tests per test protocols: functional testing, insulation testing, airtightness testing, etc.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues discovered during integration and commissioning; record commissioning data
  4. Coordinate with QC on finished goods inspection, ensuring products meet technical standards and customer requirements
  5. Complete and organize commissioning records, test reports, and other quality documentation

Requirements:

  1. Vocational school or high school diploma or above; Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or related majors preferred
  2. 2+ years of electrical/mechanical assembly and commissioning experience; experience in energy storage container integration preferred
  3. Ability to read electrical schematics, piping diagrams, and assembly drawings
  4. Capable of basic troubleshooting and independent commissioning
  5. Meticulous and rigorous with strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
