The role
We're hiring a Founding FullStack Engineer to build V1 products end to end. You'll work in a fast, handson environment, iterating quickly with customers to solve real clinical workflow problems.
Key responsibilities:
  • Own the product lifecycle end to end: design, build, test, deploy, and iterate.
  • Partner with founders on product vision, roadmap, and technical strategy.
  • Architect scalable, secure systems across backend and frontend.
  • Own cloud deployments; monitor reliability and performance.
  • Make pragmatic technical choices on frameworks, tooling, and best practices.
  • Establish engineering standards and help hire and mentor the early team.
  • Prototype and productionize LLM-powered features responsibly.
  • Ship quickly with customers; measure impact and refine.
  • Hold a high quality bar while executing autonomously.
