Job Schedule: This is a 3rd shift position - 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday, Friday & Saturday as needed

About the role of Packaging/Sorting Operator:
Sorters and Pack Line Operators organize, categorize, and separate products in the distribution division. This role is responsible for preparing final goods for shipment. The perfect candidate will have experience working in warehouse operations. Keys to success in this role are experience working with sorting and packaging equipment and systems, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities of a Packaging/Sorting Operator:
Package fasteners in containers, both automated and manually
Set up packaging equipment
Input weights and counts, print labels
Basic troubleshooting of packaging equipment
Manually sort product
Packaging and labeling
Quality assurance
Lifting up to 50 pounds

Possess basic computer skills possess basic mathematical skills
Able to commit to perfect attendance during the training schedule
Able to communicate clearly and effectively
