Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd. has 6 US entities: York Container Pennsylvania, York Container Elgin, Skybox Packaging, Stand Fast Group, Blackhawk Corrugated, and Champion Container Corp; with locations in Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for Champion Container. This Customer Service Representative will come with extensive experience in customer service working on various order and administrative queries from customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Works with customer service, shipping, and customers to manage the full life order cycle from order entry to customer delivery.

Maintain and create orders for customers using our internal ERP system. Coordinate shipping information for pickup or delivery to customer and or warehouse locations.

Process debits and credits, and review and process customer invoicing.

Maintain customers price files in collaboration with the corporate customer service team.

Work with internal and external customers to troubleshoot and expedite customer needs.

Communicate with customers on their order project status, answering enquiries on shipment dates, etc.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent related work experience required. Two to three years experience in a manufacturing or customer service position.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (excel, word, teams and outlook).

Must have a valid US passport with the ability to travel to Canada for training and meetings, as required.

Must have strong attention to detail and follow up skills.

Familiarity with computer systems and data management programs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Must have effective communication and troubleshooting skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000
