Job description

Front-End Drivers operate front-end trucks that provide services to a variety of multi-family residential and commercial routes removing and transporting waste or recyclables in fulfillment of customer contracts. This position will service multiple customers per day according to assigned routes. The waste will then need to be transferred to the appropriate station, landfill or drop-off location.

What You’ll Do
  • Local Operations: Drive commercial front-load trucks along established local commercial and multi-family residential routes.

  • Hands-on Service: Operate hydraulic controls to collect waste/recyclables, maneuver container enclosures, and safely dump 3–4 yard containers.

  • Safety First: Perform routine pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring your equipment meets safety standards before heading out.

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the friendly face of our company while servicing local businesses along your route.

What We’re Looking For
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.

  • 1+ years of commercial truck driving experience (Front End / Front Load experience preferred) OR a completed CDL school certification.

  • Ability to safely maneuver trucks into tight clearance spaces using mirrors and backing skills.

  • Ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform routine physical tasks (opening corral gates, rolling castored cans).

  • Strong commitment to safety regulations and DOT compliance.
