The Outbound Loader plays a key role in the efficient operations of our Distribution Center. This position is responsible for accurately and safely loading outbound shipments onto trailers.

The base salary for this position is $19.00/hr. In addition, other benefits include:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Requires lifting, loading and stacking onto and off conveyers, storage containers, trailers, pallets, etc.
  • Frequent carton handling throughout the majority of working hours.
  • Ability to lift repetitively and handle items weighing up to 75lbs / 34kgs.
  • Must understand and follow all facility safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Capable of operating and understanding warehouse systems and equipment, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, conveyors, and merchandise handling equipment etc.
  • Ability to operate and understand warehouse systems and equipment such as Warehouse Management System, RF Scanners, Conveyor and Merchandise handling equipment etc.
  • Ability to accurately match and sort merchandise according to established guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow directions and apply problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness and ability to be trained on and/or operate motorized and non-motorized equipment for merchandise movement.
Minimum Salary: $19.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Your Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Distribution Center.
  • Prior experience outbound loading in a Distribution Center is a plus.
  • Flexibility to transition between different job functions based on business needs.
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime as required.
  • Meet productivity standards after completion of on-the-job training.
  • Strong teamwork skills to support overall warehouse operations.
  • Adherence to all safety protocols, hazardous material handling procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and standing for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
