Local CDL Class A Team Drivers – Intermodal Container Fleet ($25/hr Flat Rate) Why Bring Your Team Here?

Tired of unpredictable mileage pay and spending weeks away from home on team OTR runs? Step into a dedicated local intermodal team role operating out of the Lebanon, TN hub (must live within 50 miles of zip 37087).

Your team will handle multiple container connections daily, running preloads, drop-and-hooks, live loads, and live unloads.

You both get a reliable flat hourly rate of $25.00/hour, consistent 1,200-mile weekly team workloads, day or night shift options, and best of all, Your team is home in your own beds every single day!

Team Driver Requirements & Health Clearances
  • Experienced CDL-A Teams: Minimum 6 months verifiable CDL-A experience required for both drivers.
  • Valid Class A CDL licenses (no special endorsements needed).
  • Clear background passing DOT physical along with mandatory hair follicle and urine drug screenings.
  • Reliable commuting vehicle required for daily terminal access.
The Earnings & Benefits Package
  • Pay & Schedule: $25.00 per hour flat pay bringing home an average gross of $1,300/week per driver (~$67,600/year per seat). Day or Night shifts available; weekend availability required. Holidays worked if they fall on your scheduled days.
