Overview

Receives, stores, recycles, ships, and transports warehoused goods and products by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities
    Utilizes RF (Radio Frequency) equipment to track product.
  • Disassembles, reassembles, or repairs products, materials or equipment.
  • Sorts, bales, weigh, loads, and recycles materials based on customer specifications.
  • Attaches identifying tags or labels, or marks information on cartons or other containers.
  • Fills shipping orders for various customers' products to prepare for shipping.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, sufficient education to read, comprehend, and act upon verbal and written information required.

* Minimum of 1 year of related experience in warehousing or logistics industry required.

Required Working Conditions

* Work is primarily performed in a warehouse or industrial setting involving prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

* Regular use of hands, arms, and fingers, including, but not limited to, pulling, lifting, pushing, and handling materials or equipment.

* Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly; heavier loads may require assistance or equipment.

* Frequent physical activity requiring bending, crouching, climbing, twisting, and balancing.

* Frequent visual focus required for tasks including, but not limited to, reading labels, inspecting materials, and safely operating equipment.

* Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, odors, and moving machinery or vehicles (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in a fast-paced environment.

* Required use of appropriate PPE, such as safety shoes, gloves, vests, and eye and/or hearing protection.

* Strong teamwork and communication required to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

* Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and report hazards promptly.

* Regular, punctual attendance and compliance with company safety policies; may include overtime or variable shifts.
