Position Overview
Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Chino, CA Onsite, Mon-Friday
Position Summary
Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and company equipment. This position performs order fulfillment, picking and pulling activities, loading and unloading trucks, inventory handling, manual trailer unloads.
Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, secure, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
  • Operate sit-down forklifts and manual pallet jacks in accordance with company safety procedures.
  • Pick, stage, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Accurately receive and inspect inbound shipments for quantity and condition.
  • Maintain accurate records, shipping documentation, and inventory transactions.
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable mode of Transportation and from Work.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record subject to review).
  • Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience and warehouse operations
  • Ability to operate a sit-down forklift and manual pallet jack; forklift certification required, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, orders, and safety instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
