Job Description Own the strategy, development, and performance of Globe's consumer product portfolio. Lead products and offers from concept to launch and optimization, ensuring they deliver strong customer value, business growth, and market competitiveness.
Focus Areas:
- Plan design, pricing, and tiering
- Portfolio lifecycle and competitiveness
- Acquisition and retention levers
- Customer value proposition and experience
- GTM execution and offer readiness
- Performance optimization (ARPU, churn, data swap, SIMO-with-Device, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product and portfolio strategies aligned with customer needs and business goals.

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and launch to enhancement and retirement.

  • Design and optimize product offerings, pricing, and value propositions.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Digital, and other teams to deliver successful go-to-market execution.

  • Monitor product performance and drive improvements using customer, market, and business insights.

  • Identify growth opportunities through customer feedback, analytics, and competitive benchmarking.

  • Build business cases and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
