Blockchain.com is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain.com has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Consumer Product group and help drive data-informed decision-making across our consumer experiences. This role sits at the core of product development: partnering closely with Product Managers, Design, Engineering, and Growth to identify opportunities, measure impact, and shape product strategy through data. You will have a defined problem space (e.g., onboarding, trading, retention, payments, or growth funnels), acting as the analytical counterpart to Product Managers. This is not a reporting role - you will help define what we should build and why and help execute on these decisions.

What you will do
  • Own Product Analytics for a Consumer Domain
  • Become the analytical owner of a specific product area within the Consumer organization
  • Develop deep understanding of user behavior, funnels, and lifecycle dynamics
  • Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for product initiatives
Partner Closely with Product Managers
  • Work day-to-day with PMs to frame problems and prioritize opportunities
  • Translate ambiguous product questions into structured analyses
  • Support roadmap decisions with quantitative insights
Drive Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Build dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and monitoring systems
  • Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, retention cohorts, and feature adoption
  • Identify growth levers and friction points across the product experience
Experimentation & Impact Measurement
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments
  • Evaluate feature launches and quantify business impact
  • Establish causal understanding, not just descriptive reporting
Data Exploration & Insight Generation
  • Proactively surface opportunities using behavioral and transactional data
  • Partner with Data Engineering to improve data quality and instrumentation
  • Advocate for strong analytics standards across teams
What you will need
  • 1-3 years experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets independently
  • Fluency with experimentation and problem solving
  • Experience working directly with Product Managers in a product organization
  • Strong business intuition and ability to connect data to product decisions
Mindset
  • Deeply data-driven but product-minded
  • Curious and proactive - not waiting for questions
  • Entrepreneurial - able to pivot very regularly
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or consumer apps at scale
  • Python or statistical modeling experience
  • Familiarity with payments or trading products
  • Interest in crypto and decentralized finance
