Job Description Summary:The senior manager of the Consumer Market Insights team will lead a team responsible for driving consumer-centric strategies by providing actionable insights derived from market research and sales analysis.Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Strategy Division as a Senior Manager/Director of the Consumer Market Insights team. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for driving consumer-centric strategies by providing actionable insights derived from market research and category sales analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market Research: Conduct extensive market research to gather data on consumer preferences, buying patterns, and demographic trends within the beauty categories (Cosmetics, Hair, etc.). This includes analyzing sales data, conducting surveys, and monitoring social media channels to identify emerging trends and consumer sentiments.
  • Consumer Behavior Analysis: Identify key factors driving purchasing decisions by studying consumer behavior. This may include factors such as price sensitivity, brand loyalty, ingredient preferences, and the influence of influencers and celebrities.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors to understand their product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics. This helps in identifying areas of opportunity and potential threats to the brand's market share.
  • Product Development Insights: Guide product development efforts with consumer insights gathered. By understanding consumer needs and preferences, the position can provide valuable input to product development teams to create new products or improve existing ones.
  • Marketing Strategy: Inform marketing strategies tailored to the target audience within the beauty category.
