Job Description

The Director, Omnichannel Enablement leads digital transformation and omnichannel strategy for healthcare and life sciences clients across HCP and patient audiences. This role partners closely with technology delivery, strategy, analytics, media, creative, and client teams to design connected experiences that improve engagement, measurement, and operational effectiveness. The Director provides senior client guidance, oversees campaign and platform initiatives, and helps teams translate healthcare data and digital trends into measurable brand outcomes

What You’ll Do

  • Develop omnichannel and digital transformation strategies across HCP and patient audiences that align to client business goals, brand priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and platform-enabled experiences across healthcare stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technology delivery, analytics, media, creative, and client teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation, process improvement, and revenue growth.
  • Manage client, partner, vendor, and cross-functional relationships to support successful project delivery, adoption of digital tools, and operational effectiveness.
  • Coach consultants and team members through strategic planning, campaign management, client communication, and healthcare digital transformation work.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, or campaign management within healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or agency environments.
  • Experience leading HCP and patient digital marketing initiatives, including customer journeys, channel strategy, campaign execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, data strategy, analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and digital technologies used to improve engagement and performance.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, brand teams, or executive audiences.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives or omnichannel programs that delivered measurable business, customer experience, or operational outcomes.
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance, regulatory review, privacy considerations, or MLR processes in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Advanced degree in marketing, technology, business administration, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a large consulting company, healthcare agency, pharmaceutical organization, or life sciences commercialization environment.
  • Experience managing consultants or cross-functional teams, including coaching, prioritization, quality control, and career development.
  • Experience representing digital, omnichannel, or healthcare transformation expertise in pitches, industry forums, client workshops, or thought leadership.
