This is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville, Florida, requiring three days per week in the office and offering the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

About the Opportunity:

This opportunity is with one of the software businesses within the Andromeda Operating Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI). The business is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions for the mortgage and financial services industry, delivering technology that helps lenders and financial institutions streamline operations, improve efficiency, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

As an Associate Professional Services Consultant, you'll join a collaborative team that partners with customers to implement and optimize mission-critical software solutions. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and technology professionals, helping clients solve complex business challenges while building expertise in enterprise software implementation and the mortgage technology industry.

Backed by the long-term stability of Constellation Software while maintaining the agility and entrepreneurial culture of an independent software business, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your consulting and technology career within a global software organization.

  • Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved user experience.
  • Define product and system requirements, working closely with engineering and delivery teams to bring solutions to life.
  • Evaluate the impact of changes across systems, processes, and user experiences, and recommend scalable, best-practice approaches.
  • Contribute to testing strategy (system, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure solutions meet business needs and maintain system integrity.
  • Collaborate in client engagements, including workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions while building strong client relationships.
  • Help develop training materials and support client adoption of new capabilities.
  • Work on high-impact initiatives across multiple platforms, gaining exposure to enterprise-scale systems and strategic decision-making.

Why This Role is a Great Fit for You:

  • High visibility: Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Rapid growth: Develop both business and technical skill sets.
  • Real impact: Influence how leading financial institutions operate and serve their customers.
  • Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams.
  • Career development: Build a strong foundation for future leadership opportunities in product management, consulting, professional services, or strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Interest in working at the intersection of business and technology.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • MBA or recent graduate of a top undergraduate program.
  • Internship or early-career experience in consulting, product management, analytics, or technical roles.
