This is a blended role: roughly half your time is organizational change management (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption) and half is business analysis (requirements, process mapping, documentation, and turning workshop output into clear, client-ready artifacts).A highly organized and proactive OCM Analyst who excels at stakeholder engagement, change communications, training coordination, readiness tracking, and adoption management, with the ability to bridge business users and project teams to ensure successful organizational change and process adoption.You will be staffed across a range of client engagements over time - spanning industries and program types such as IT transformation, strategic IT planning and portfolio management, operating-model design, process improvement, and enterprise change initiatives. You will work alongside senior consultants and client leadership to help design and roll out new ways of working.
