About the Opportunity

Eagle Hill is actively recruiting for experienced Change Management Consultant Manager roles supporting the phased implementation of the change management strategy for a large technology modernization program in the federal sector.


We are recruiting on a rolling basis to support both current hiring needs and upcoming implementation phases anticipated to begin in late summer to early fall. As such, there may be a period between offer acceptance and project start, as deployment timelines can vary based on project sequencing and readiness.


Projects will support client sites across the United States, with placement determined by client requirements, timing, readiness, and the skill set and experience level needed for each role. If hired, consultants must be able and willing to travel to client sites across the United States up to five days per week, Monday through Friday, when on-site engagement is required; however, travel cadence will vary throughout the engagement based on client needs, milestones, and deliverable timelines.
