The Opportunity

The Enterprise Account Executive is a passionate, strategic sales professional who is responsible for strategic growth across large scale clients who serve the public in meaningful ways. Through consultative selling and strong relationships with our eco-system partners you will build CxO relationships and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Live by the nuHarbor corporate values: Help Clients Win, Always Improve, Protect the House.
  • Identify and engage with CISOs and CIOs to maximize opportunities for a comprehensive security solution based on thorough understanding of their ecosystem and pain points.
  • Position nuHarbor’s strategic value by applying consultative, solutions focused sales methodologies.
  • Own the enterprise sales cycle: Establish a vision and plan for pipeline generation - land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast, identify trends, assess risk, and effectively advance opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Holistically embrace, access, and utilize our ecosystem, and manage relationships with software partners to collaborate to identify and open new opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed bookings, revenue and margin targets.
  • Lead complex deals across diverse stakeholders through collaboration with Services and OEM channel partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build and validate market messaging, campaign targets, and focused verticals.
  • Maintain and grow understanding of market dynamics to drive creative solutions with customers.
  • Maintain current knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and technical knowledge of our products and services.
Your Foundation
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • In lieu of a degree, we are open to proven success and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related field.
  • Seven (7) or more years’ direct selling experience in the security industry in any of the following: information security, enterprise or infrastructure management, SaaS, or other complex technology services.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales life cycle from lead qualification through to deal closure: qualification, close planning, pipeline hygiene & negotiation.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic, consultative selling, orchestrating and aligning decision makers around a common objective with a measurable, successful track record in new business development.
  • Successful track record of delivering on revenue and margin targets and quota by selling 6+figure deals into a mix of clients ranging from public sector to private enterprise.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and positioning cybersecurity as an important business enabler.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify the complex for different stakeholders and audiences.
  • Ability to implement sales strategy, effectively translating customer business requirements into plans that deliver success.
  • Must be able to travel extensively to client sites/engagements, trainings and industry conferences.
  • Must be a citizen of the United States.
Stand Out With
  • Experience selling in the Public Sector (State & Local government, Higher Education, Essential Services, Healthcare.)
  • Successful selling experience of nuHarbor OEM partner solutions and/or complex cybersecurity services and MSSP/MSP services.
  • Knowledge of and experience utilizing MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman or similar sales methodology.

Compensation

This position has an anticipated base salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 base salary annually and commissions paid monthly (uncapped).

Actual compensation is based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
