During a structured 12–18-month training and development program, you will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gain exposure to real client opportunities, and build the knowledge needed to manage your own accounts.Our goal is simple: develop talented individuals into successful sales professionals.What You'll DoAs a Sales Associate, you will support our sales team while building the skills and industry knowledge needed to succeed in consultative sales.Key responsibilities include:Partner with Account Managers to support client opportunities and sales initiativesMeet with walk-in and inbound prospects to understand their needs and recommend solutionsPrepare quotes for smaller opportunities (typically under $10,000) and follow up with clientsParticipate in customer meetings, site visits, and project discussionsAssist with proposals, presentations, and bid responsesResearch products and solutions to support client projectsMaintain selling activity in the CRM systemHelp coordinate order fulfillment for opportunities you manageMaintain showroom organization and product displaysYou will also work toward quarterly sales activity and revenue goals, while delivering strong customer service and accuracy in your work.Training & DevelopmentAt Storr, we invest heavily in developing our sales talent.
