Our On-Site Services Consultants serve as the local representative of GEA IT across one or more assigned sites, ensuring reliable daily IT operations and a consistent, customer-oriented user experience.They focus on on-site execution, coordination, and proactive issue prevention, while the Service Desk remains the primary channel for standard incidents andservice requests. - Assurer la stabilite operationnelle locale et la continuite des services pour votre site.
- Fournir un soutien pratique pour les problemes lies a l'infrastructure, au poste de travail et au reseau.
- Coordonner avec le Service Desk, les Service Delivery Managers et les Competence Centers pour gerer les escalades locales et les problemes recurrents.
- Soutenir la mise en uvre locale des changements IT, des deploiements, des relocalisations et des activites d'infrastructure.
- Maintenir et mettre a jour la documentation IT locale, en garantissant son exactitude, sa conformite et sa transparence.
- Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la bonne utilisation des processus, outils et pratiques de securite IT de GEA.
- Identifier et communiquer les risques, les opportunites d'amelioration et les retours issus des operations locales a l'organisation On-Site Services.
- Representer Global IT de maniere professionnelle aupres de la direction du site et des autres parties prenantes locales.
- Promouvoir les standards, politiques et principes de gouvernance IT de GEA ainsi que la vision et la culture des On-Site Services au sein de l'organisation locale, en agissant comme un visage visible et de confiance de GEA IT.

- Ensure local operational stability and service continuity for your site.
- Provide hands-on support for infrastructure, workplace, and network issues.
- Coordinate with the Service Desk, Service Delivery Managers, and Competence Centers to manage local escalations andrecurring problems.
- Support the local implementation of IT changes, rollouts, relocations, and infrastructure activities.
- Maintain and update local IT documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
- Guide users in the proper use of GEA IT processes, tools, and security practices.
- Identify and communicate risks, improvement opportunities, and feedback from local operations to the
- On-Site Services organization.
- Represent Global IT professionally toward site management and other local stakeholders.
- Promote GEA IT standards, policies, and governance principles as well as the On-Site Services vision and culturewithin the local organization, acting as a visible and trusted face of GEA IT.

- Diplome d'etudes collegiales en informatique et 4 ans d'experience pertinente.
- Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale, avec maitrise de la langue locale et de l'anglais.
- Capacite d'analyse et approche de travail proactive.

- Methodique, organise et autonome.

Competences et experience requises:
- Maitrise de l'ecosysteme Microsoft (Windows, Suite Office, Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint).
- Capacite demontree a assurer la coordination entre les utilisateurs, le Service Desk et les equipes IT centrales, ainsi qu'a traduire les besoins metiers en actions IT sur site.
- Comprehension generale des technologies liees au poste de travail, a l'infrastructure et au reseau.
- Experience des processus IT, de la gouvernance et des normes de securite.
- Interet pour la digitalisation, la connectivite industrielle et l'integration IT/OT.

- Broad understanding of workplace, infrastructure, and network technologies.
