Construction Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Goodyear, AZ

Wage: $18.00/HR - 12 Hour Shifts

The Construction Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

  • 18 years of age or older.

  • Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.

  • Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.

  • Must be able to work independently.

  • Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.

  • Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.

  • Must have a professional demeanor.

  • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
