Job description

Roberts Properties has an exciting entry level job opportunity for an Assistant Construction Project Manager working in multifamily. This position includes a competitive salary based on each individual's qualifications and a very generous bonus package.

Well-qualified candidates will have a four-year degree in Construction Science, Engineering or a related major.

Responsibilities will include daily management and coordination to complete a successful construction project and meet time and cost objectives.

This will include

  • Finding new qualified subcontractors
  • sending out architectural plans for pricing
  • Reviewing subcontractor pricing


This position will exhibit the ability to interact with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors in order to deliver a superior quality product.
