Construction Fleet Manager

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full lifecycle of fleet assets including trucks, vans, trailers, and construction equipment
  • Oversee maintenance and repair programs to ensure safety and minimize downtime
  • Monitor fleet utilization, fuel usage, and operating costs
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
  • Coordinate equipment allocation to support field operations across job sites
  • Manage vendor relationships (repair shops, dealerships, leasing, and fuel providers)
  • Lead accident reporting, claims management, and driver safety initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of fleet management experience, preferably in construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction vehicles and equipment
  • Experience with DOT/OSHA compliance and telematics systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
