Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage cost, schedule, risk, change control, progress measurement, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule across design, procurement, construction, CQV, startup, and operational readiness.
- Integrate EPC, contractor, vendor, and owner schedules.
- Establish the work breakdown structure, cost breakdown structure, control budgets, commitments, forecasts, cash flow, and contingency reporting.
- Perform independent cost and schedule analysis of contractor submissions.
- Implement earned value management and progress-measurement procedures.
- Analyze schedule logic, critical path, float, productivity, resources, and milestone performance.
- Develop cost and schedule forecasts and variance analysis.
- Maintain the program risk register and perform quantitative schedule and cost risk analysis.
- Manage trends, change orders, contingency drawdown, and forecast impacts.
- Track long-lead equipment against construction, commissioning, and startup requirements.
- Review contractor estimates, schedules, progress reports, invoices, change orders, and recovery plans.
- Develop project-controls dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reports.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Cost control, planning, scheduling, forecasting, earned value, change management, and risk management.
- Integrated scheduling for multi-building and multi-EPC programs.
- Critical-path analysis, schedule-quality reviews, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
- Quantitative risk analysis and Monte Carlo modeling.
- Construction progress measurement and CQV sequencing.
- Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, cost-management systems, and ERP platforms.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of project-controls experience.
- 5+ years managing a project-controls function or team.
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, API, biologics, or cGMP facility experience required.
- Experience supporting programs valued at $1 billion or more preferred.
- AACE, PMI-SP, CCP, PSP, or PMP preferred.

The salary range for this full-time role is $115,700.00-$161,966.69 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
