  • Serve as the primary service contact for OCIP/CCIP clients
  • Identify risk exposures and design cost-effective wrap-up solutions
  • Evaluate project eligibility and determine appropriate wrap-up strategies
  • Manage program structure, coverage design, and carrier strategy
  • Broker Owner’s Interest and project‑specific insurance placements
  • Review construction contracts and develop wrap‑up manuals and documentation
  • Oversee contractor enrollment, compliance tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate payroll audits, reporting, and administrative functions
  • Ensure accuracy of financial reporting, premiums, and collateral
  • Monitor safety performance metrics and program compliance
  • Coordinate claims activity with brokers, carriers, adjusters, and TPAs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support new business opportunities and program expansion
