They collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions while adhering to timelines and budget constraints. Client Details This is a long-established general contractor that provides construction and project management services across multiple sectors. It primarily works on multifamily developments but also handles a mix of other building types, including specialized and renovation projects. It has been operating for over two decades and has built a solid track record delivering projects of varying size and complexity Description Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects. Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids. Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules. Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting. Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams. Profile Demonstrating extensive experience estimating for multifamily construction projects. Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately. Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams.
