Requirements
  • Interpret job specifications, blueprints, and job orders, as needed for areas of supervision
  • Ability to study schedules and estimate labor requirements for completion of jobs
  • Maximize job cost to meet or beat project overall estimates
  • Monitor labor status and productivity
  • Must be able to manage crews production to ensure job schedule deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all team members
  • Complete promptly job documentation such as incidents, timesheets, daily reports, purchase orders, toolbox talks, time and material sheets, change order forms, and other relative to projects.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all CES' policies and procedures.
  • Ability to review project schedules and forecast labor requirements through job completion
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
  • The qualified candidate will have five (5) years of commercial piping experience directing the installation, repair, and equipment use of a related system
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the proper use of safety equipment
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be able to climb and balance on ladders, stand/ or sit for long periods at a time, must not have fear of heights, among others
  • Must be able to pass regular drug testing, be open to background checks, and have a clean driving record
  • Journeyman license preferred but not required
  • Valid Florida driver's license
