Job description

As a Construction Project Manager for its Dallas, TX office on site in Lubbock (*see travel note), you'll oversee engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. You'll also support business development, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years of project management experience in engineering or construction
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and technical documentation
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, construction methods, and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • PMP certification preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering projects from kickoff through completion
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Support proposals, business development, and technical presentations
  • Ensure successful project execution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • *Travel 80% (onsite for a couple of weeks, then back home rotating)
