Position Summary
RLM Underground is seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Kalama, WA. We're looking for individuals with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership and deep expertise in underground telecommunications, construction operations, and crew management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construction Managers must be at the job site while crews are drilling.
  • Manage construction sites to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications
  • Lead and direct ground crews on daily operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and homeowners, professionally addressing complaints and restoration concerns
  • Ensure all work aligns with approved plans, procedures, and timelines
  • Prepare redline drawings and daily progress reports
  • Oversee job site procurement (e.g., straw, seed, tools, batteries, tarps, paint)
  • Monitor and update project schedules
  • Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and job site conditions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, equipment, and vehicles

Qualifications

  • Residing in WA is highly preferred
