We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure successful project execution.Position SummaryThe Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing daily on-site construction activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet schedule, quality, and safety standards. This role serves as the primary on-site leader and works closely with project managers, clients, inspectors, and trade partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads preconstruction process including scope development, bidding procurement, qualification and permittingOversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completionManage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelEnforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulationsReview project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate executionMaintain the project schedule and proactively address delays or conflictsConduct daily site inspections to ensure quality standards are metMonitors, corrects, and reports on quality control issues and defective or non-conforming work.Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulationsTrack site progress, and communicate status updates to the project team, project owners, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholdersWorks with on-site staff to coordinate construction activities to minimize disruption to residents and business operations as applicable.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job siteResolve on-site issues quickly and professionallyRequires traveling to Ginosko office in Novi and assigned work site locations as needed.  Some overnight travel may be required.
