Pay: $130k

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise a wide range of commercial and industrial construction projects from inception through completion.

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, coordinating project logistics, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and productive job site.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all construction methodologies, building systems, and industry best practices. This role requires close collaboration with property stakeholders, clients, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent construction management experience.
  • Construction Supervisor License (Required).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience with healthcare and industrial construction projects.
  • Real estate development experience is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of commercial construction methodologies, including MEP systems, structural modifications, carpentry, and interior build-outs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction operations from preconstruction through project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating all phases of construction.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary on-site leader and point of coordination for project stakeholders.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, inspectors, and project teams to resolve field issues.
  • Monitor project budgets, staffing, productivity, and change orders.
  • Escalate schedule, budget, quality, or safety concerns to senior leadership as appropriate.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to verify quality, safety, and progress.
  • Implement and maintain standardized construction processes, reporting, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, risk assessments, and performance reports to executive leadership.
  • Travel between project sites as needed to support ongoing construction activities
