  • 6+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading crews of 3–6 team members
  • Working knowledge of electrical system installation in new construction environments
  • Ability to install conduit (¾”–5”), pull large electrical cables, and use common electrical testing equipment such as volt/amp meters and meggers
  • Ability to read and interpret basic wiring diagrams
  • Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and off-road forklifts
  • Ability to lift moderately heavy objects and safely ascend/descend ladders
  • Basic computer skills with familiarity in Procore and Microsoft Teams preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
  • Willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and employer-paid life, disability, and EAP coverage
  • 401(k) with generous company match, paid time off, and paid holidays
