Job description

The job of a Construction Laborer is to assist and work closely with the foreman of the cleaning or televising crew. The Construction Laborer is expected to complete a variety of different tasks, they may vary on a day-to-day basis. To succeed in this role, you should be a fast learner, have good listening skills, have the ability to read maps and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities with Cleaning Crews:

  • Haul water with pick-up truck and trailer
  • Help set up and take down at manholes
  • Set up work zone traffic control
  • Keep company vehicles organized and stocked for the job
  • Fill our pre-trip inspection form daily and turn in.
  • Understands materials and equipment used in the industry.
  • Operates and drives company vehicle to and from project sites
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of duties in this job classification
