Big-D Companies is looking for an AI Enablement Intern to help accelerate adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies across our construction operations. We're seeking students interested in practical business application of AI, building agents, workflow automation, training, and change management. We'd appreciate guidance on the best way to reach students in computer science, data analytics, information systems, business analytics, and related programs.

This internship is based in our Salt Lake City, UT office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify repetitive workflows across our Operations.
  • Build Copilot prompts, agents, and playbooks.
  • Run AI training sessions.
  • Document AI use cases.
  • Measure adoption and time savings.
