Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

The Insurance & Risk Analyst is a key member of the Risk Management team, supporting the identification, analysis, and management of project-related risk across a diverse portfolio of construction projects. This role works closely with Project Teams, Insurance Brokers, and internal partners including Marketing and Legal to ensure that insurance requirements, coverage, and compliance documentation are managed accurately and effectively. The position provides hands-on exposure to construction risk, insurance placement, and coverage evaluation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.ย 

Responsibilities /ย Essential Functionsย 
  • Review project insurance requirements and contracts to ensure compliance andย identifyย coverage gapsย 
  • Secure insurance quotes andย facilitateย coverage changes as neededย 
  • Request and obtain certificates of insurance through insurance brokersย 
  • Support management of Builder's Risk across projects, including data gathering, coverage review, and policy trackingย 
  • Evaluate coverage needs, including Difference in Conditions and Deductible Buydown opportunitiesย 
  • Coordinate procurement of Payment & Performance Bonds, including documentation and broker/surety coordinationย 
  • Review insurance invoices and deductible billings for accuracy and track associated costsย 
  • Provide support for CCIP and OCIP programsย 
  • Collaborate with Project Teams, brokers, and internal stakeholders to manage risk effectivelyย 
  • Assist the Risk Management Department withย additionalย needs asย requiredย
