We are looking for a General Contracting Superintendent who views job site management as a science. You aren't just putting out fires—you are anticipating problems before they happen, holding trades accountable, and keeping documentation tight.

You will oversee 5 to 7 concurrent job sites across commercial and residential sectors in the Riverside area, orchestrating subcontractors, internal crews, and city inspectors like a well-oiled machine.

  • Multi-Site Direction: Successfully lead day-to-day operations across 5–7 active residential and commercial projects concurrently.
  • Subcontractor & Crew Management: Direct, schedule, and hold accountable all subcontractors and field crews to meet strict quality and timeline standards.
  • Blueprints & Build Codes: Interpret architectural/engineering blueprints down to the finest detail; enforce strict compliance with California residential and commercial building codes.
  • Rigorous Job Site Documentation: Maintain airtight site logs, daily photo updates, material tracking, change orders, and inspector sign-offs so every project stays transparent and on schedule.
  • Safety & Quality Control: Conduct regular job-site audits to enforce OSHA compliance and ensure craftsmanship reflects our brand standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 Years of direct experience as a Construction Superintendent managing general contracting projects.
  • Minimum 5 Years of overall construction industry experience.
  • Dual Sector Expertise: Deep technical knowledge across both commercial and residential building practices and code requirements.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable reading blueprints, using modern field management apps/software on smartphones or tablets, and staying digitally connected.
