Líder Técnico de Campo para Proyectos Especializados
(Experiencia profunda > Título)
Puerto Rico | $65K-$80K + Bonos | Autonomía Real
PERFIL TÉCNICO REQUERIDO:
Experiencia Mínima:
• 10+ años en construcción especializada (estructural/civil/geotécnico)
• 5+ años liderando equipos en campo (crew de 5+ personas)
• Expertise DIRECTA en 3+ de estas áreas:
• Reparación/rehabilitación de concreto (ACI 546, ICRI)
• Cimentaciones profundas (pilotes, micropilotes, recalce)
• Estabilización de taludes y geotecnia aplicada
• Refuerzo estructural (FRP, postensado, shotcrete)
• Puentes o infraestructura crítica
Licencia/Certificación:
• Licencia PE en Puerto Rico (DESEABLE pero NO requerida)
• OSHA 30 (o disposición a obtenerla en primeros 90 días)
• Certificaciones técnicas relevantes (ACI, ICRI, AWS) son un plus
Idiomas:
• Español fluido (requerido)
• Inglés técnico (lectura de normas/specs - requerido)
