Job Title: Electrician/General Construction Worker for Modular Building Units

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join our team in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within modular building units. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in modular building units.
  • Perform electrical fit outs, including lighting, receptacles, panels, and low voltage systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure electrical systems comply with NEC, local codes, and safety standards.
  • Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective actions efficiently.
  • Support modular building assembly, setup, and site installation activities.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and system updates.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe jobsite environment.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in conduit installation, electrical wiring, and repair.
  • Ability to bend conduit and read schematics.
