Role Description The Construction Draw Specialist is a full-time, on-site or remote role based in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for managing and processing construction draw requests, including verifying documentation, reviewing budgets, and coordinating disbursements according to loan terms. The specialist will communicate regularly with borrowers, builders, inspectors, and internal team members to ensure timely funding and accurate tracking of project progress.
