WHAT YOU'LL DO:

This role supports Osborne's local work in the Topeka area, giving you exposure across our operations:

  • Provide general labor support including material handling, site cleanup, staging, and tool preparation
  • Assist skilled tradespeople and crew foremen with day-to-day tasks
  • Learn to safely operate hand and power tools
  • Support general repairs and upkeep on Osborne's locally owned real estate
  • Assist with routine property maintenance such as grounds upkeep and seasonal tasks
  • Assist with Facility Maintenance client service requests and work orders under supervision
  • Learn to safely operate equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, or similar machinery as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and working outdoors in varying conditions
  • General comfort working with tools, equipment, and machinery
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Successful completion of required pre-employment screening, which may include a background check, drug screening, and physical capacity evaluation consistent with job requirements
