  • Ensure BIM/VDC workflows, model deliverables, and coordination processes are understood and executed across project partners.

Technology & Project Delivery
  • Leverage Revit and other BIM tools to drive model-based coordination and extract quantities for estimating.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project outcomes through technology, innovation, and integrated construction practices.
  • Support VDC training and knowledge-sharing efforts with internal teams, design partners, and trade partners.

YOU'RE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

  • Proficiency with BIM software, including Autodesk Revit; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Navisworks, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working with 3D coordination, federated models, quantity takeoffs (QTO), and model-based project delivery workflows.
  • A strong understanding of commercial construction processes, design documentation, and integrated project delivery approaches such as Design-Build, Design Assist, or IPD.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate coordination efforts, and communicate effectively with a wide range of project stakeholders.
