Kinetic Design + Development is looking for a Drafter to join the Krew.
If you're a detail-oriented designer who thrives on turning ideas into drawings and models, this role is for you.
As a Drafter at Kinetic, you'll bring concepts to life by transforming sketches and design intent into precise 2D and 3D documentation. Working closely with project teams, you'll gain hands-on experience in architectural design, detailing, and drafting across a range of corporate projects. This is a foundational role where you'll learn our process from the ground up, contribute to real-world projects, and build a strong technical and creative base for your career in architecture.

- Work on prototypical and simple custom projects with direction from senior team members

- Pick up detailed redlines and ensure documentation meets Kinetic standards
- Contribute to plan layouts and interior design drafting for corporate projects
- Maintain organized project files and assist in preparing documentation for client presentations
- Research basic code and zoning requirements as needed
- Participate in site visits and understand the context and conditions that influence design
