We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Global Data Analytics team and help deliver modern, business-critical analytics solutions at scale.
You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with stakeholders, platform teams, and AI initiatives. The environment is collaborative, engineering-focused, and outcome-driven, with strong standards, modern tooling, and clear ownership. Working closely with business stakeholders, users, and development teams in an iterative and communicative fashion, you will identify business requirements and transform them into user-centric, scalable analytics solutions.
You act as an ambassador for Business Intelligence and Data Analytics practices and standards across the organization, ensuring consistency, quality, and long-term sustainability. Using technical expertise, creativity, and experience, you design and deliver innovative analytics solutions that enable smarter decision-making and drive strategic business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into scalable data models, technical specifications, and delivery plans
  • Design and maintain modern data platforms (warehouse / lakehouse) using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
  • Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports, including advanced calculations and visualizations
  • Enable data-driven decisions by defining KPIs and delivering actionable insights
  • Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Python for efficient data transformation
  • Drive data quality, documentation, and continuous improvement of analytics platforms and processes

Knowledge/Education:
  • Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data optimization
  • Proven experience with Python and Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and pipeline development
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for building scalable analytics solutions and dashboards
  • Solid understanding of data modeling techniques to translate business requirements into structured datasets
  • Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional environments, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong business mindset, translating stakeholder needs into clear analytical solutions and data models
