Join a growing EPCM firm and play a critical role in the success oflarge-scale mining and industrial construction projects across Arizona and theSouthwestern United States.

As a Senior Construction Contract Administrator, you will act as the keylink between field execution and contractual performance, ensuring that allconstruction activities are delivered in accordance with the agreedconstruction contract requirements while proactively managing the relationship,changes, risks, and claims.

Working directly on site alongside the project manager, engineers, andcontractors, you will contribute to project performance and protect thecompany's commercial interests, while helping build a strong execution platformto support BBA's expansion in the U.S.

  • Play a key role on major EPCM construction projects, ensuring contractual compliance and commercial rigor from field execution through project close-out
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership by translating site decisions into clear contractual, commercial and risk implications
  • Lead the formation of contractor agreements with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Participate, along side of the Construction contract Advisor, for the change orders, claims and contract amendments
  • Drive strong client service by helping projects stay aligned on scope, cost, schedule and contractual obligations
  • Lead contract progress review meetings and support productive collaboration among clients, contractors, construction teams and project controls
  • Strengthen project performance by improving documentation, audit readiness, reporting discipline and commercial transparency across site activities
  • Contribute directly by helping build trusted client relationships and reinforcing our reputation for disciplined project execution
  • Help shape the future of our U.S. construction and EPCM operations by bringing field insight, sound judgment and a continuous-improvement mindset to every mandate
