The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the community's physical condition both inside and out, while promoting resident satisfaction through first-class customer service to prospects and residents. Timely and professional handling of all requests is essential.

Customer Service:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with visitors, prospects, residents, neighbors, community members, schools, and city departments.

  • Maintain professionalism in workmanship, communication, personal appearance, organization, and reporting.

  • Participate in company training and keep all insurances and licenses current.

Grounds & Property Maintenance:
  • Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure all areas are functional, safe, and well-maintained, supporting maximum curb appeal.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety across offices, common areas, stairwells, exteriors, basements, grounds, and models.

  • Identify and address potential liability issues related to property maintenance.

Administrative Duties:
  • Complete work orders promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring thorough cleanup after each task.

  • Document and bill residents for any damages caused by neglect or misuse, including collecting photos and proof as needed.

  • Collaborate with leasing office to coordinate service requests and optimize resident satisfaction.

  • Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop and storage areas.

  • Comply with all codes, legal, OSHA, and safety regulations.

QualificationsQualifications
  • Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems

  • Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems

  • Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems
