Job description

We are seeking a Delivery Driver - Furniture to join our team! You will drive and assist in delivering and picking up furniture.
​Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and pick up furniture to customer locations in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers and the store throughout the day
  • Load and unload vehicle
  • Collect on unpaid delivery/pick up fees
  • Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle with daily 13 point inspections
  • Clean vehicle and the end of each day
  • Maintain accurate inventory of packages, materials and tools
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience

Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivery driving (preferably Furniture) using dollies, blanket wrapping and shrink wrapping, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Clean driving record
  • Previous experience driving a box truck
  • Must be able to lift, lower, push and pull merchandise in excess of 100-300 pounds including up and down stairs
  • Deadline and detail oriented
