Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The daily running and overseeing of the shop and shop personnel
  • Maintain parts inventory, including procedure on parts consignment
  • Completion of all work orders and all other computer and paperwork
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Vehicle and tractor-trailer maintenance and repair
  • Create clear and specific processes and procedures for the shop
  • Work up to 60 hours a week and on-call 24/7
  • Schedule 9:00AM -06:00PM

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 5 years mechanical experience required
  • Extensive petroleum tank repair experience required
  • Strong computer skills necessary
  • Certifications highly preferred

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5 years of supervisory experience over mechanics required
  • Class A CDL with Hazmat preferred
