Conscious Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to identify challenges and customize treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each client, using evidence-based methods to encourage personal growth.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and meticulously track their progress over time to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one sessions with clinical supervisors to enhance clinical skills and ensure high standards of care.
• Provide teletherapy services to clients who require virtual interventions, thus increasing accessibility to mental health care for those with mobility challenges or other barriers.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Conscious Psychotherapy Clinic, you will work with a variety of client populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your focus will encompass individual therapy as well as couples therapy, offering you the opportunity to address complex relational dynamics while promoting healthier family systems. Your work will directly contribute to improving the mental health landscape within the community.

• Must be fully licensed in the State of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience working with adult populations, children, and/or adolescents is highly valued.
• A strong foundation in individual and couples therapy techniques is essential to producing desired client outcomes.

• Experience in teletherapy is a plus, as our clinic enhances accessibility through digital health solutions.
• Advanced training or certifications in specialized therapies (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, etc.) will set candidates apart.
• A solid understanding of community health resources in Waco, Texas, will enhance your ability to support clients beyond therapy sessions.

Our compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $101,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
