The Health Connection is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Elizabeth, New Jersey. As an onsite physical therapist at The Health Connection, you will work in a supportive and collaborative setting that emphasizes teamwork and patient care. Our facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies and modalities designed to aid in healing and recovery. You will have access to a wide variety of tools, including therapeutic exercise equipment and treatment modalities that facilitate effective rehabilitation.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient’s physical condition, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with individualized patient goals and assessment outcomes.
• Administer a combination of hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities that promote pain relief and restore function.
• Instruct patients on proper body mechanics, postural alignment, and injury prevention to enhance recovery and wellbeing.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making modifications to treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records, including treatment interventions and outcomes, in accordance with regulatory standards.

Our facility serves a diverse patient population, including athletes with sports-related injuries, individuals recovering from surgeries, and those with chronic pain conditions. As a physical therapist at The Health Connection, you will play a crucial role in helping these individuals achieve optimal recovery and functionality through personalized care strategies and empathetic support.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of clinical experience in physical therapy, treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Proficiency in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities applicable to sports and spinal care.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing and addressing rehabilitation needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients, families, and team members.

• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, particularly with sports injuries or post-operative care.
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy are a plus.
• Demonstrated engagement in professional development and continued education in the field of physical therapy.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
